Please fill out and submit our pre-consultation questionnaire. Filling out this form out will help us define your wedding floral needs.

The initial consultation will give you an overview of what your needs and wants are and their approximate costs.

Please bring the following items with you to the consultation:

• Pictures of flowers and floral designs that inspire you. You can find floral pictures in magazines, on the Internet or in books. If you come across pictures of flowers or floral designs that you do NOT like bring those as well
• Pictures of the bride’s dress and the attendants’ dresses
• Swatches of the colors you are working with to build your wedding’s theme are very helpful
• A list of people you will need to supply with flowers, approximate number of guests invited, and list of any additional spaces to be decorated (i.e. entry ways, additional church décor, etc.)
• Bring another person that knows the style and look of your wedding. A supportive fiancée, friend or family member can be very valuable in the decision making process

Because we book a maximum of two weddings per weekend, our calendar fills very quickly. For that reason, we request a 25% deposit to hold your date no more than ten days after the presentation of your wedding flower proposal. All dates are reserved on a first come first booked basis.

After a deposit has been received we meet with you as many times as needed to get all the fine details accomplished. We can also meet with you at your venue site to complete a walk-through, to help you visualize your day.

Approximately four weeks before the wedding a follow-up consultation will be scheduled. Any adjustments to the proposal and final details will be discussed. The delivery time line will be finalized. Final payment on the floral balance is due on or before this time if less than 15 days prior to your event.
