Holidays are over and the 2008 planning buzz has begun!

2.05.2008

Now that the hustle and bustle of Christmas and New Year's is behind us, lots of 2008 brides are shifting into high gear for all their planning. So, while I haven't had a whole lot of events over the last few weeks, I've been super busy planning the upcoming ones!

Being the visual thinker that I am, I always like to talk design in pictures, so we're talking the same language - heaven knows that "coral" may mean anything from peachy red-orange to sunny pink. In all the Google Image searching to talk apples to apples with my brides, I've uncovered a new obsession... inspiration boards. I love all the details that really pull together a theme or color palette. Since my husband is a graphic designer, I'm bugging him for crash courses in PhotoShop to create floral inspiration boards to go along with my quotes.

As you can see, I'm still quite a novice at making it look "good", but I love being able to give a bride one full page size photo file to print off and save for reference as she continues her planning.
